Dealing with Reviews

A guide how to get and not to miss reviews from different platforms

Reviews are a very important form of feedback from your customers. That is why CustomerBase offers the possibility of receiving reviews from a number of major platforms,
such as Facebook, Google, and Yelp. Your customers can also leave reviews of your services directly through the CustomerBase web application.

All the reviews get accumulated on the 'Reviews' page on the left side menu:

They can be filtered by rating (from 1 to 5) or by source:

From the page, you can also generate a QR code with a link to leave a review which could be sent to your customers:

To collect reviews from your customers from Facebook, Google, or Yelp, your Customerbase account has to be connected to these platforms. To do so, go to 'Settings' and select 'Reviews' under the 'Communication' menu. Under the 'Review Sources' tab there is a list of sources. Click the 'Connect' button of the corresponding source
and follow the instructions to connect your account:

Under the 'Notifications' tab you can set up the notifications and the text of the review request. To send a reminder to your customers to leave a review, check the box.

To edit the notification text, click 'Edit':

You can easily edit the e-mail text of the review request or reset it to the default text.
