Subscription plans allow your customers to subscribe to your services and make regular payments easily. You can introduce various plans for each service with different payment schedule.

To start, go to the 'Subscription Plans' page under 'Jobs & Appointments' on the left-side 'Settings' menu:

Click the 'Add Subscription Plan' button in the top right corner:

In a pop-up window select a service from your list from a drop-down menu, enter a name and description for a new subscription plan. Then, you can specify the period
and the amount of payment. Once you enter an amount, it will be displayed accordingly for other payment periods (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly). Several payment periods can be selected for one plan:

There are two options defining the duration of the subscription plan: it will last either until a customer cancels the plan, or for a specified number of years. To select
the second option, specify the number of years. In addition to payment periods mentioned above, you can also indicate the total price or introduce a one-time
upfront payment. Once set, click 'Save':

The added subscription plan will be displayed on the 'Subscription Plans' page. To edit
or delete a plan, click on the three dots menu at the end of the line:

Now you can subscribe your customers to the added plans. Go to the 'Customers' page on the left-side menu and selected the customer to be subscribed. In the customer's profile go to the 'Subscriptions' tab and click 'Add Subscription' in the top right corner:

In a pop-up window select a subscription plan from the list, the billing options, and click 'Create' or 'Next':

Now, information about the subscription plan will be displayed in the customer's profile under the 'Subscription' tab. You have an option to edit the subscription or send the subscription agreement to the customer. Once the customer selects the payment options, the subscription plan becomes active:
