A quick and easy way to set up your company profile

Once you log into the CustomerBase web application, you can easily set up your company profile and fill out business information just in a few steps by using our wonderful tool - the Setup Wizard.

The Setup Wizard pops up automatically when you first log into the CustomerBase application. If you wish to set up your company profile later, you can go to 'Settings' on the left-side menu, and click on 'Setup Wizard' under 'Accounts & Billing':

A Setup Wizard window will come up. First, select the business category relevant to you by scrolling down or using the search engine. If none of the categories is applicable, you can skip this step. You will be able to make a customized price list anyway.

Click on the right arrow icon to go to the next page.

Enter your company name and contact details. You may also add working hours and logo:

Press the right arrow icon to go to the next page.

Select the workflow booking type most relevant to your business and press the right arrow icon to go to the next page:

If you use a mobile device, you can download our mobile app to run your business with ease from anywhere. Click on the right arrow icon to finish the setup:

Now you've added your business information and can proceed to the CustomerBase functions.

Alternatively, you can set up the company profile by clicking on 'Business Information' in the left-side menu.
